Hi Plenty Community,
I really need some help regarding Sending Shipping confirmation to OTTO Market.
We used to manually fulfill every order to Marketplace Portals. But we are going LIVE on Netto/Marktkauf next week so we wanted to switch to Plenty Event Actions.
This is what I’ve configured based on the Manual already:
- The return label is created successfully when order is in status 5.
- When Tracking number is imported in Plenty the status successfully changes to Outgoing Items Booked | Status 7
3. So when the tracking number is added and the status is changed to Status 7(Outgoing items booked):
I want the order to be Booked and the Shipping confirmation sent to OTTO Can you please let me know if my events are correctly set up or am I missing something here?

If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated since Plenty is not giving me any help at all.
